Fantastic Experience!
easy access friendly staff easy transport helpful staff
I was thrilled with the location because of its easy access to shopping. Restaurants were close. Transport was easy to use. The staff was friendly and super helpful throughout the stay, awesome.
Sound isolation needs improvement since the early morning prayers were audible.

The room had amazing cleanliness and was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. I noticed great attention to detail. The room also featured a nice balcony.

convenient location clean room helpful staff
I found the location very convenient near many key attractions. The room was very clean upon my arrival. The staff provided prompt assistance with directions and local information.
The elevator was occasionally slow.

The breakfast included a variety of fresh bread, cheeses, and olives. the coffee machine offered several options. I noticed there was fresh fruit available daily and the dining area was tidy. A chef prepared omelets upon request at no additional charge.

The hotel is within walking distance of major historical sites such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. several restaurants and shops surround the hotel. Public transportation is easily accessible. I found a tram stop just a few minutes away.

The reception staff spoke several languages including English. they arranged airport transportation efficiently. I was able to store my luggage securely after checkout. The hotel also provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

adequate stay with some issues
convenient location easy access helpful staff mould buildup second kettle missing air outlet
the location proved convenient , placing me near key attractions. a small convenience store located across from the hotel offered easy access to water and snacks. the staff readily helped with any requests i had.
the kettle in the room had mould buildup, concerning. i requested a replacement , but the second one also had mould. the bathroom lacked an air outlet , so odour lingered after showers.
